Terms of Service

1. Demo Class and Enrollment

1.1. Prospective students are entitled to attend a complimentary demo session providing an overview of the course content, teaching methodology, fee structure, batch schedule, session duration, and course roadmap.

1.2. Upon attending the demo session and confirming their intent to enroll, students must pay the first installment amounting to fifty percent (50%) of the total course fee within three (3) calendar days. Payment of this installment confirms enrollment and reserves the student’s seat.

2. Fee Payment

2.1. The remaining balance of the course fee must be paid within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the demo session or the first installment payment, whichever is earlier.

2.2. Failure to pay the balance within the stipulated period may result in suspension of access to sessions, course materials, WhatsApp groups, and related services, and may lead to forfeiture of the enrolled seat.

2.3. All course fees paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. No refunds shall be issued once a student has attended one (1) or more classes following the demo session.

3.2. Refund requests will be considered only if submitted prior to attending the demo session and provided no course materials or content have been accessed.

4. Course Access and Recordings

4.1. Students shall receive restricted, view-only access to recorded sessions for the duration of the course.

4.2. Upon full payment of the course fee and successful completion of the course, students shall be granted access to course recordings for a maximum period of one (1) year from the date of registration.

4.3. If a student secures placement after completing the course, access to all course content and recordings shall be revoked. However, if the student is placed before completing one (1) year from the date of registration, the student may submit a formal request to retain access to the recordings until completion of the one (1) year access period. Participation in official WhatsApp groups shall remain unaffected.

4.4. If a student secures placement before completing the course, access to course recordings shall continue for a maximum period of one (1) year from the date of registration.

4.5. Any sharing, downloading, reproduction, or distribution of course recordings or materials, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate termination of access, cancellation of enrollment, and potential legal action.

4.6 If a student is not placed within one (1) year from the date of registration and has continuously pursued studies and job applications without any break, the student may request an extension of access upto 3-4 months. To regain access in such cases, the student shall be required to pay a platform access fee of INR 5,000. This clause applies only to students who are not placed.

5. Course Structure and Fees

5.1. All courses are offered as complete packages. Partial, topic-wise, or customized enrollments are not permitted.

5.2. Students are expected to attend sessions regularly, complete assignments,participate in mock interviews, and maintain personal notes.

5.3. The full course fee remains payable irrespective of attendance or participation levels.

 6. Discontinuation and Withdrawal

6.1. Students discontinuing the course after the demo session shall not be entitled to any refund.

6.2. All access to course materials and services shall be terminated immediately upon discontinuation.

6.3. No referral bonuses, discounts, or incentives apply under any circumstances.

7. Code of Conduct

7.1. Students must comply with all institutional rules, policies, and guidelines communicated by StepUp and Learn.

7.2. Any misconduct, violation of rules, or disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment without refund.

8. Placement Assistance For Class Students

8.1. For (Offline or Online) StepUp and Learn provides placement assistance and career guidance only. The institute does not guarantee employment, job offers, placements, salary packages, or interview calls.

8.2. Placement outcomes depend solely on the student’s skills, performance, attendance, participation, effort, and prevailing market conditions.

8.3. Placement assistance is provided only during the student’s registered and active batch. If the student does not participate in the placement assistance process during the registered batch, the student shall not be eligible to claim placement assistance after the batch is completed.

8.4. Students must complete the entire placement assistance process within the batch for which they are registered. Placement assistance cannot be transferred to or extended to any other batch.

8.5. Students are required to follow and complete all phases of the placement assistance process as prescribed, without skipping any stage. Failure to comply may result in discontinuation of placement assistance.

8.6. StepUp and Learn provides placement assistance and mentorship only. Students are responsible for independently searching for jobs, applying for positions, attending interviews, and securing employment.

8.7. Placement Assistance & Career Guidance is available only to Offline Classroom students who attend regular training at the StepUp and Learn office for a minimum of 6 months and up to 10 months (as applicable), while meeting all attendance, project, assessment, and placement
eligibility requirements.

8.8. Online students will receive training, mentorship, resume support, and interview preparation; however, they are not eligible for the institute’s Placement Assistance & Career Guidance Program. StepUp and Learn does not guarantee employment or job placement to any student.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

9.1. StepUp and Learn shall not be liable for any personal, medical, financial, or non-training-related issues faced by students.

9.2. The institution shall not be responsible for career decisions or outcomes resulting from student choices during or after the course.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. StepUp and Learn shall not be held liable for delays or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or technological failures.

11. Modification of Terms

11.1. StepUp and Learn reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at its discretion.

11.2. Students will be informed of any such changes through appropriate communication channels.

12. Batch Duration 

12.1. Batch timelines may be extended due to curriculum updates, holidays, or academic requirements.

 12.2. Students shall be notified of any extensions in advance.

 13. Certification

 13.1. Course completion certificates shall be issued only to students who have successfully completed all course requirements and paid the full course fee.

13.2. Students must formally request certificate issuance from the administration.

14. Rejoining and Recording Access Post-Completion or Placement

14.1. Students placed through StepUp and Learn who wish to rejoin or regain access to recordings must pay fifty-five percent (55%) of the applicable course fee.

14.2. Students who have paid the full course fee may attend one (1) additional batch beyond their original batch. Attendance beyond this shall require payment of fifty-five percent (55%) of the course fee.

15. Non-Shareable Access

15.1. All course content, materials, and login credentials are strictly for the personal use of the enrolled student.

15.2. Credential sharing or unauthorized use shall result in immediate suspension of access, termination of enrollment, and possible legal action.

16. Dispute Resolution

16.1. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

17. Consulting and Mentorship-Only Enrollment

17.1. Students enrolling under the Consulting and Mentorship-Only Program acknowledge that this service is limited to career consulting, resume and LinkedIn profile guidance, job search strategy, interview preparation, mock interviews, and career mentorship only. No technical training is included under this program.

17.2. StepUp and Learn provides consulting and mentorship services only and does not guarantee employment, job offers, interview calls, salary packages, or placement. Employment outcomes depend solely on the student’s skills, qualifications, experience, communication, interview performance, effort, and prevailing market conditions.

17.3. Students are solely responsible for actively applying for jobs, attending interviews, completing employer selection processes, responding to communications, and accepting or rejecting employment offers. Failure to actively participate may result in discontinuation of consulting support.

17.4. The consulting fee consists of:

·                A non-refundable advance fee, payable before commencement of services.

·                A success fee, payable immediately upon the student receiving and accepting a job offer through the guidance, referral, or placement assistance provided by StepUp and Learn.

17.5. The advance fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, irrespective of whether the student discontinues the program, remains unplaced, fails interviews, rejects job opportunities, becomes ineligible, secures employment independently, or fails to participate in the consulting process.

17.6. The institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate consulting services without refund in cases of misconduct, submission of false information, non-payment of applicable fees, non-cooperation, prolonged inactivity, or violation of institute policies.

17.7. All decisions regarding consulting support, candidate eligibility, referrals, and continuation of services shall remain at the sole discretion of StepUp and Learn and shall be final and binding.

19. Student Acknowledgment

By enrolling in any course at StepUp and Learn, the student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the above Terms and Conditions.
