StepUp and Learn, Pune – Terms and Conditions
1. Demo Class and Enrollment
1.1. Prospective students are entitled to attend a complimentary demo session, which will provide an overview of the course content, teaching methodology, fee structure, batch schedule, session duration, and the course roadmap.
1.2. Upon attending the demo session and confirming their intention to enroll, students must remit the first installment equivalent to fifty percent (50%) of the total course fee within three (3) calendar days. Payment of this installment secures enrollment and confirms the student’s seat in the course.
2. Fee Payment
2.1. The balance of the course fee shall be payable within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the demo session or the first installment payment, whichever is earlier.
2.2. Failure to remit the balance within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of the enrolled seat and restriction of access to sessions, course materials, WhatsApp groups, and all related services.
2.3. All payments made towards course fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. No refunds shall be processed once a student has attended at least one (1) class following the demo session.
3.2. A refund request will be considered only if submitted prior to the demo session, provided the student has not accessed any course materials or content.
4. Course Access and Recordings
4.1. Students will be provided with restricted, view-only access to recorded sessions during the duration of the course.
4.2. Upon payment of the full course fee and successful completion of the course, students may request an extension of access to recordings for a maximum period of five (5) months.
4.3. In the event a student secures placement after course completion, access to all course content and recordings shall be revoked, excluding participation in official WhatsApp groups.
4.4. If a student is placed before course completion, the same access revocation policy shall apply.
4.5. Any act of sharing, downloading, reproducing, or distributing course recordings or materials is strictly prohibited and shall result in immediate termination of access, cancellation of enrollment, and potential legal action.
5. Course Structure and Fees
5.1. All courses offered are structured as complete packages. Partial, topic-specific, or customized enrollment shall not be permitted.
5.2. Students are required to attend sessions regularly, complete assignments, participate in mock interviews, and maintain personal notes.
5.3. The full course fee remains payable and applicable irrespective of student attendance.
6. Discontinuation and Withdrawal
6.1. Any student discontinuing the course post-demo session shall not be entitled to any refund.
6.2. Access to course materials and services shall be withdrawn immediately upon discontinuation.
6.3. No referral bonuses, reference incentives, or discounts are applicable under any circumstances.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1. Students must adhere to all institutional rules, regulations, and guidelines as communicated by StepUp and Learn.
7.2. Any misconduct, violation of rules, or disruptive behavior may result in disciplinary action, including termination of enrollment, without any entitlement to a refund.
8. Placement Assistance
8.1. StepUp and Learn provides placement support but does not guarantee employment of any kind.
8.2. Employment outcomes are contingent upon the student’s individual performance, efforts, and employability.
9. Disclaimer of Liability
9.1. StepUp and Learn shall not be liable for any personal, medical, financial, or other non-training-related issues faced by the student.
9.2. The institution shall not be responsible for decisions, career outcomes, or personal choices made by students during or after the course.
10. Force Majeure
10.1. The institution shall not be held liable for delay, interruption, or failure to provide training due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or technological failures.
11. Modification of Terms
11.1. StepUp and Learn reserves the absolute right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
11.2. Students shall be duly informed of such modifications through appropriate communication channels.
12. Batch Duration
12.1. Batch timelines may be extended as necessary to accommodate content updates, holidays, or other academic requirements.
12.2. Students shall be notified of any such extensions in advance.
13. Certification
13.1. Course completion certificates shall only be issued to students who have:
Successfully completed the prescribed course requirements, and
Paid the full course fee in accordance with the payment policy.
13.2. Students are required to formally request issuance of the certificate from the administration.
14. Rejoining and Recording Access Post-Completion or Placement
14.1. Students placed through StepUp and Learn who wish to rejoin or regain access to recordings must pay fifty-five percent (55%) of the course fee.
14.2. Students who have paid the full course fee and wish to re-attend may attend only one (1) subsequent batch in addition to their original batch. Attendance beyond this limit shall require an additional payment of fifty-five percent (55%) of the course fee.
15. Non-Shareable Access
15.1. All course content, materials, and login credentials are provided solely for the enrolled student’s personal use.
15.2. Sharing credentials, disseminating content, or unauthorized use of materials shall result in immediate suspension of access, termination of enrollment, and may invite legal consequences.
16. Dispute Resolution
16.1. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall fall exclusively within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.
17. Consulting and Mentorship-Only Enrollment
17.1. Students enrolling exclusively for consulting, mentorship, or post-course guidance—whether after completing a StepUp and Learn course or from another institute—shall be subject to the following conditions:
Placement is not guaranteed under any circumstances.
Services shall be limited to advisory support, including resume-building, job search strategies, interview guidance, and career mentoring.
Technical training or roadmap teaching is expressly excluded.
A separate consulting fee shall be applicable, divided into:
a. An initial non-refundable advance fee payable before commencement.
b. The balance payable upon successful placement through the provided guidance.If the student discontinues, fails to participate, or remains unplaced, the advance fee remains strictly non-refundable.
Students must verify and confirm all applicable terms prior to paying the advance fee.
Upon successful placement through StepUp and Learn guidance, the remaining consulting fee must be paid immediately.

19. Student Acknowledgment
By enrolling in any course at StepUp and Learn, the student hereby acknowledges, affirms, and agrees to abide by all the terms and conditions contained herein.
