**StepUp and Learn, Pune – Terms and Conditions**
1. **Demo Class and Enrollment**:
– After attending the demo session, students are required to pay the first installment of the course fees within three days to confirm their enrollment and secure their seat in the course.
2. **Fee Payment**:
– The remaining balance of the course fees must be paid within one month from the date of the demo session. – Failure to pay the fees within the stipulated time may result in forfeiture of the seat, and the student may lose access to course materials and sessions.
– Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3. **Refund Policy**:
– If a student attends at least one session of the course and decides to discontinue,there will be no refund of the fees paid. This policy applies only after the demo class has been completed.
– Students who wish to discontinue the course before the demo session can request a refund, provided they have not accessed any additional course materials.
4. **Course Access and Recordings**:
– Students will have view-only access to the recorded sessions for the duration of the course.
– Upon completion of the course, students who have paid the full tuition fees may request an extension of access to recorded sessions. This extension will be provided for a limited period as determined by StepUp and Learn.
– **Access to recorded sessions is solely for personal use**. Sharing or distributing course materials without authorization is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in strict action, including cancellation of admission and loss of access to all recordings.
5. **Course Structure and Fees**:
– All courses offered by StepUp and Learn are comprehensive crash courses. Fees are applied for the complete course, and there will be no provision for enrolling in or paying for individual (partitioned) topics.
– Once a student is enrolled, they are responsible for attending all sessions (online/offline) and completing assignments, task make there own notes and completing the course along with the mock interviews. The full course fee must be paid, regardless of attendance.
6. **Discontinuation and Withdrawal**:
– If a student decides to discontinue the course for any reason after the demo class,the fees paid will not be refunded or transferred.
– Students withdrawing from the course will lose access to all course materials,including recorded sessions, after their withdrawal.
7. **Code of Conduct**:
– Students are expected to adhere to the rules and regulations set by StepUp and Learn. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including cancellation of enrollment.
– The management reserves the right to take necessary actions as per StepUp and Learn’s policy if any student is found violating the terms and conditions.
8. **Placement Assistance**:
– StepUp and Learn Pune does not offer a 100% placement guarantee. Our courses are designed to provide basic to advanced knowledge as per industry standards, but securing employment is ultimately the student’s responsibility.
9. **Disclaimer of Liability**:
– StepUp and Learn Pune is not responsible for any personal or individual issues faced by students during their training period. This includes but is not limited to personal conflicts, health problems, financial matters, or any other non-training-related concerns.
– The institute will not be held liable for any consequences arising from students’ personal decisions or actions during the course.

10. **Force Majeure**:
– StepUp and Learn Pune shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riots, government regulations, or natural disasters.
11. **Modification of Terms**:
– StepUp and Learn Pune reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the students in a timely manner.
12. **Batch Duration**:
– The duration of the batch may be extended for any reason, including but not limited to additional course content, student requests, unforeseen circumstances, or holidays.Students will be informed in advance of any changes to the schedule.
13. **Certification**:
– Certification of course completion will only be provided to students who have paid all course fees in full and have successfully completed all course requirements.
14. **Rejoining or Accessing Recordings After Placement**:
– If a student who has been placed through StepUp and Learn’s placement assistance program wishes to rejoin a batch or gain access to course recordings after completion, they will be required to pay the full course fees for the same.
15. **Non-Shareable Access**:
– Access to course materials and recordings is for the enrolled student only. Sharing login credentials or access with others is strictly prohibited.
– If unauthorized sharing is detected, StepUp and Learn reserves the right to take strict action, including immediate cancellation of admission and withdrawal of access to all course materials and recordings.
